While offering a wide variety of legal services, he concentrates in commercial and residential real estate transactions, business and commercial law, estate planning and wills. He is also the founder and principal of Brand Realty Company, a full service real estate firm serving the greater Naperville area.
Brand's educational and legal credentials are extensive. A lifelong resident of DuPage County, he received undergraduate degrees from Benedictine University and the University of Notre Dame du Lac and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois. He has directed sophisticated legal activities for several major public companies and for many residents and local businesses who appreciate the face that he is knowledgeable, affordable, and friendly.
Nicknames "Naperville's Idea Man," Brand Bobosky's community involvement is well recognized. In the 1970's, he and his wife conceptualized the extremely successful Little Friends, Inc. Auction which annually raises approximately $100,000 to support a variety of programs for individuals with disabilities.
Most recently, he introduced and promoted Naperville's Century Walk, the creation of public art downtown, permanently portraying Naperville's significant twentieth century people, places, and events.
Throughout the years, Brand has been involved in many local business organizations and other service clubs, as well. He has served as president of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Naperville, the Naperville Jaycees, and Little Friends, Inc.
Supporting his efforts throughout the community is Brand's wife, Mary Ann, retired Director of Community Relations for Naperville Community Unit School District 203. Together, they have four children, nine grandchildren, and many friends who recognize the worthwhile contributions they both have made to our city as professionals and as citizens.

Courtney Bobosky graduated from St. Mary's College of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in history/ humanities. Following her graduation from St. Mary's, Courtney went on to attend Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. At Pepperdine, Courtney was selected as a Dean's Merit Scholar. She graduated from Pepperdine in 1990, and passed the Illinois Bar that same year.
After passing the bar exam, Courtney then entered private practice at a litigation boutique in Chicago. Courtney has been an active member of the Illinois bar since then, taking some time away to raise her two children, Sophia and August. During that time Courtney became licensed as an Illinois Real Estate Broker. Courtney is admitted to practice before all Illinois state courts, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits. In 2007-2008, she was appointed by her peers as Associate General Counsel of the DuPage County Bar Association. She also has considerable litigation, transactional and real estate experience.
At this point in her career, Courtney is a Qualified Staging Professional and Managing Broker of Brand Realty. She has been a licensed real estate broker since 2000.
Lifelong Naperville resident, Christopher Carlsen, has been with Brand Realty since 2007. He has years of experience selling residential and commercial properties in the area and enjoys sharing his appreciation of all that the Naperville area has to offer. He knows all the neighborhoods and commercial centers inside and out. Chris is also an accomplished commercial photographer which helps him take great photos for his listings! A graduate of Columbia College, Chris is married and has two children.
