While offering a wide variety of legal services, he concentrates in commercial and residential real estate transactions, business and commercial law, estate planning and wills. He is also the founder and principal of Brand Realty Company, a full service real estate firm serving the greater Naperville area.
Brand's educational and legal credentials are extensive. A lifelong resident of DuPage County, he received undergraduate degrees from Benedictine University and the University of Notre Dame du Lac and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois. He has directed sophisticated legal activities for several major public companies and for many residents and local businesses who appreciate the face that he is knowledgeable, affordable, and friendly.
Nicknames "Naperville's Idea Man," Brand Bobosky's community involvement is well recognized. In the 1970's, he and his wife conceptualized the extremely successful Little Friends, Inc. Auction which annually raises approximately $100,000 to support a variety of programs for individuals with disabilities.
Most recently, he introduced and promoted Naperville's Century Walk, the creation of public art downtown, permanently portraying Naperville's significant twentieth century people, places, and events.
Throughout the years, Brand has been involved in many local business organizations and other service clubs, as well. He has served as president of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Naperville, the Naperville Jaycees, and Little Friends, Inc.
Supporting his efforts throughout the community is Brand's wife, Mary Ann, retired Director of Community Relations for Naperville Community Unit School District 203. Together, they have four children, nine grandchildren, and many friends who recognize the worthwhile contributions they both have made to our city as professionals and as citizens.

Dr. Mary Ann Bobosky taught and eventually became an administrator for Naperville Community Unit School District 203 for 35 years. As an administrator she formed the Naperville Education Foundation, Business/Community/Education Partnerships, Parent Involvement and Retiree activities in the district.
Active in community organizations, she is on the Community Advisory Council of the Loaves and Fishes Community Pantry, A Distinguished Advisor for the DuPage Children’s Museum, Vice-President Naperville Bank and Trust, and an instructor in the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Y.E.A Program. She is on the Rob Koranda Scholarship Foundation and the Jeannie Nicarico Grants Committee. She is President of the Chamber Political Action Committee, past President of the United Way and past Co-Chair of the Naperville United Way Campaign. She is also a past board member of Kids Matter. Mary Ann is also a member of the Naperville Branch of A.A.U.W. and PEO.
She has been featured for her leadership in the Working Mother Magazine and Midwest Living Magazine. She has received Leadership Awards from the State of Illinois Chamber of Commerce, The Chicago YMCA, The DuPage Business Ledger, Citibank, American Association of University Women, and Naperville Jaycees. She was named Rotarian of the year and received along with her husband the Proud To Be 203 Community Award for District 203. She was honored by Kids Matter for being one of the founders. She and her husband received The Croagh Patrick Award for their Community Leadership from the Carmelite Sisters.
As Director of Public Relations for Brand Realty, she provides a valuable resource to clients regarding community involvement, District 203 schools, business and volunteer information.
Lifelong Naperville resident, Christopher Carlsen, has been with Brand Realty since 2007. He has years of experience selling residential and commercial properties in the area and enjoys sharing his appreciation of all that the Naperville area has to offer. He knows all the neighborhoods and commercial centers inside and out. Chris is also an accomplished commercial photographer which helps him take great photos for his listings! A graduate of Columbia College, Chris is married and has two children.
